Giardini Aperti Verona - 2026

ALCHIMIE MINERALI

A collaborative, site-specific art project born during Giardini Aperti Verona 2026 and in partnership with Interno Verde, designed as a physical and cultural bridge between Carlo Brunelli's art studio and the historic Dolci Colori factory, a local pillar specializing in natural colors and pigments for over a century.

Building on previous editions, this initiative was created to foster synergy between two local entities committed to culture and respect for nature. By bringing each other's identities into one another's spaces, the project invited people to engage in a participatory experience of real connection with the historic district of Veronetta, traditionally known as a hub of craftsmanship.

Alchimie Minerali sought to express a desire to enrich the territory by drawing on deep cultural roots. Through shared pigment, matter, and creative exploration, the project aimed to stimulate an alternative identity for the city, steering its future toward a more contemporary, human-scale dimension rooted in authentic human relationships and nature.
