Memory as Landscape. Heritage as a Living Experience.

For over a year Carlo Brunelli developed a dialogue with the landscapes of Brussa and Valle Vecchia through a process shared with the territory.

Canvases exposed to water, wind, salt, light and time welcomed the traces of the landscape. Stories, testimonies and fragments of memory gathered from the people who lived in these places helped reveal their history.

From this process emerged a Room of Memory, where artworks, found objects and testimonies preserve the bond between people and the landscape.
