These conditions of sale are accepted by the buyer with the placing of the order.
1. Reservation and purchase
To be able to purchase e-shop products online, the Customer must access the dedicated area of the site (Shop). Each product on sale is accompanied by photos, a description and the price. Within the e-shop you can select and book the proposed works. It will be sufficient to indicate the quantity and confirm, upon request for any variations / customizations (such as size, color or material of the frame). In this way the products are placed in the virtual cart. You can add, cancel or confirm all bookings made up to that moment. In order to confirm the order, the Customer can proceed by entering the requested data. The purchase will be considered completed only when the order is confirmed by carlobrunelli.art via e-mail. Confirmation is sent within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
2. Methods of payment
For the payment of purchases, the Customer can use the following methods: a. PayPal circuit (including Credit Card). b. Bank transfer. The data to make the transfer will be sent by email upon completion of the order.
3. SHIPMENTS
Orders are normally processed within 5 working days of receiving payment. Each work is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection of the content during transport. The time required for setting up, preparation and shipping may vary according to the content of the order: the works are normally delivered within one to two weeks. Any requests for frames or other supports not included in the sale price have a variable delivery time that is communicated directly to the customer via e-mail.
The cost of shipping for purchases made on the website www.carlobrunelli.art is free for the city and province of Verona while for any other destination it is calculated at checkout. On-site collection is free.
We ship orders by express courier, so we advise you to choose a delivery address at which someone is willing to collect the package, or to monitor your shipment with the tracking number that will be communicated to you via email. 4. Products
All the works are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity including the history of the work and signed in original by the artist.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 14 working days from the day of receipt of the items ordered. The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the deadline indicated above, by e-mail. The shipping costs for returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified (promotions). In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging or similar in perfect condition and subject to agreement with carlobrunelli.art. The goods must be returned with insured package in Free Port; no parcel sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be collected by carlobrunelli.art. To ensure the best service, carlobrunelli.art makes use of the service of the main express couriers, for a timely collection and return to the warehouse of the returned items. The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items (excluding the cost for the initial shipment), will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account or Paypal account within 14 days of receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled due to a fact attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered. Should the return depend on an error by carlobrunelli.art, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
6. Applicable law
All contracts concluded are intended to be concluded in Italy and are subject to Italian law. For any disputes, the only competent territorial court is that of Verona (Italy).
